Returns

You can return unworn shoes and slippers within 30 days. The pair should be in the original box, with the tags still on.

1. Find the order number on your confirmation page or in your account.
2. Call 983-216-8724 or write hello@roopshoes.com with the order number and the reason.
3. Bring the pair to 167 US-130, or ship it back once we send the return note.
4. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the pair.

Gift cards are not refundable once issued. Worn pairs, or pairs with damaged soles from outdoor use, cannot be returned.
